Transferring your files into your personal web space, cont.:

Your local site will show files on your computer. Use the arrow to browse to the folder where your web files are.

Your remote site will be empty.

Because of the way the security is set for our servers, you will need to make sure that your mail client (WS_FTP or other program), is set to non-passive mode transfers.

You check this by going to the Options tab at the bottom of the screen shown above. A box like the one below will pop up. Click on the Sessions tab.
